Associate Bankers workprimarily to complement their banking team, but also function semi-independently to introduce our comprehensive solutions to government clientsand prospects.In this role you will assist bankers and treasury management officers in the acquisition and growth of state and local governmentswithin the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industriestarget space.

Our GovernmentAssociate Bankers are required to have working knowledge of our solutions including, but not limited to: Treasury Services, Commercial Card,Merchant Services, and Credit. Our strongest Associate Bankers have a methodical approach to relationship management and prospectingto identify needs and recommend the appropriate bankingservices.

Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industriesdelivers locally, and therefore our ideal candidate has deep local connections and market knowledge, as well as possess the following attributes:

• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
  

• Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• 3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role orrelated experience.
  
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
  

• Strong leadership skills required
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  
• Demonstrated ability to present to clients and prospects to create and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
  
• Extensive knowledge of products and services
  

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Bachelors degree preferred
  
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
  
• Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its competitive landscape preferred
